Yes you can, but you must plan ahead. First, you have to become a citizen of the country in which you plan to work, then you must be sure your education and training standards are the same. You may be required to undergo special training and in some cases, some of your previous experience may not apply. Some fields are easier of access than others, so do some research on the various governmental policies and immigration laws of the country where you plan to relocate.
